True story...funny one, that is.

Adeline is 4 1/2 years old. We have been receiving a MILLION ads in the mail since it is almost Christmas. She kept saying she wanted to go to Toys R Us. She had been there before, but obviously didn't remember - ok, so maybe its been a while. ;)

One day, me and Ads went to run an errand after dropping brother off at United Services. We were headed to Hobby Lobby to make our Advent ornament. Driving down Hwy 70 headed to Cave Springs Exit. Somehow, someway, Ads looks to her right and can see the Toys R US store off in a distance at the exit prior. She got super excited and started yelling, "Mommy, it lives there, Mommy, it lives there!!!" Toys R Us, of course. Too funny!

We promised we would go soon - we wanted her to give up the rest of her Halloween candy for a gift of her choice at Toys R Us. Seemed reasonable. Well, she picked out a rather expensive gift and we had to tell her she needed to pick out something a little less expensive. Mommy & Daddy were so very proud of our little girl. She quickly put it back on the rack and found another gift half the price. She came home and played with it for hours. We kept telling her how proud we were of her...she's learning so much already.
