Mama ran a marathon...just because I turned 40!
Well, truth be told, Jen (mama's bff) convinced her it was a GOOD thing to do. To prove we still had it in us. LOL!
So, we trained. Ok, another truth here...we didn't train hard or like we should, but enough to make it work!
Jen had the shirts made. We got a lot of compliments as we ran....The Flying Pig Marathon in Cincy, OH on Cinco De Mayo.
Not the fastest, but of course not! We finished in 5 hours flat!
And cocktails to celebrate afterwards...
