A little about me...

- I am a woman. Yes, God created me that way. I am a wife to a loyal husband, but I strive daily to be better in that role. I am a mother to four beautiful children. Two we had the old fashioned way…Adeline, our first born and Graham, who just so happens to be born with an extra chromosome. Then two sons we were blessed through adoption from Ghana, Africa, Jojo & Francis. I am a runner, although not a fast one. And I don’t run nearly as much as I used to, but I do love me some pavement therapy. I am a writer, yet do not find the time as much as I would like for this talent. I am working on this one I promise. I am a yogi, it’s my happy place…nourishing me mind, body and soul. I am a researcher and love ALL things natural. Give me all the holistic approaches life has to offer us….essential oils, mindfulness, crystals, juicing and more! I am passionate about kicking as many chemicals out of my life as possible.
