Pumpkin Patch Fun!

We didn't think we would go back to Rombachs Farms after having SO much fun at the new Pumpkin Patch we found last year, until...

The Pujols Family Foundation and the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Saint Louis decided to host their first "Pumpkin Palooza Fall Festival". Lunch was provided. The kids were able to pick out their own pumpkin. And of course, all the fun "kid" things to do....check out the mini farm with animals, face painting, the so/so scary haunted houses, old tractors to climb up in and bounce house mazes. Needless to say, we were there for hours and had a wonderful time.

 Truth be told, Graham fell asleep for part of it. And, Adeline probably enjoyed it the most as it was definitely geared more to her age. But, a great family day spent together. Grandma got to come too!

 As we were eating lunch, we ran into Adeline's best friend from school, Ethan. Our family has come to love this little boy. We especially love the way these two love to be around each other...

Our weekend was packed with lots of fun things - including seeing lots of friends for various things. When asking Addy what her favorite thing was about the weekend, she replied, "seeing Ethan at the Pumpkin Patch". I smile...both inside and out.
